BAD COMPANY: A LOVED. STORY

Debut runway collection — July 2025. Part of the Heart Couture series. More than a fashion show — a rebellion in silk and scars. A question posed in shadow and sharpness: what are we becoming when we agree to belong? The collection explored the quiet unraveling of self that happens when we trade authenticity for approval — the corporate world not as aspiration but as distortion, where sharp tailoring becomes a uniform and ambition erodes identity. Twelve looks walked the line between business and breakdown: disrupted silhouettes, fractured pinstripes, garments built to look back at you. Each piece was a character — a life lived inside a system that never truly saw them. Each look asked: what if the outcast isn't broken, but free?

BAD COMPANY: A LOVED. STORY — PROCESS

Six weeks, 2025. Sketch to runway. The entire collection was developed in a month and a half — every look going from character study to finished garment in one continuous sprint. Office archetypes pushed until they broke: crumpled paper, tangled cords, the copy machine — the material language of the corporate world pulled apart and rebuilt as silhouette. No time to overthink meant sketches moved straight to draping — muslin pinned, marked, and redrawn on the wall until the shape held the feeling. Fabric was cast like talent: fractured pinstripes, suitings against raw silk, textures that photograph like a bad day at the office. Notes stayed on everything. The annotations are the design — where the paper deflates, where the rejected resumes get sewn in, where the garment learns to look back.

About

I'm Cameron Moragne-Hanson, a Los Angeles based fashion designer, technical designer, and founder working across womenswear, product development, and fashion technology.

My work sits between creative design and technical execution. With experience in technical flats, tech packs, fittings, BOMs, POMs, sample development, sourcing, factory communication, and production management, I bring a practical understanding of how garments move from concept to production.

My design range spans avant garde statement pieces, couture inspired one of one garments, and refined ready to wear. I'm interested in clothing with emotion and presence, but also in the discipline of well made essentials: tailored outerwear, clean trousers, elevated jersey, shirting, dresses, and garments where proportion, fit, fabric, and construction carry the design.

That balance informs my work as the founder and creative director of LOVED., a narrative driven fashion house built around couture, ready to wear, and one of one pieces. LOVED. explores storytelling through clothing, treating each collection as a chapter with its own emotional world, visual language, and point of view.

Alongside LOVED., I'm building GRAINLINE, a fashion workflow platform designed to help designers and brands create cleaner, faster, more factory ready tech packs. Developed from my own experience inside fashion studios, GRAINLINE reflects my interest in improving the systems behind garment development, not just the garments themselves.

I also work with select brands and founders on freelance technical design, product development, and creative direction. My strength is translating ideas into clear, production ready language while preserving the intent, taste, and feeling behind the design.

Across all of my work, I'm focused on building clothing, tools, and systems with clarity, emotion, and purpose.
